Yet another triumph from the brilliant J.D. Robb. The specter of murder never grows stale, and each new installment in this legendary series delivers a fresh, ingenious twist — a remarkable feat, considering we are now sixty-two books deep. The vibrant world of Eve Dallas, her formidable billionaire husband Roarke, and their fiercely loyal, ever-expanding circle continues to feel as electrifying and novel as the very first case.
The plot ignites with the killing of a multibillionaire tycoon, a man revered in both the boardroom and his home. Discovered beside his body: a gaping vault overflowing with priceless, long-lost art - every piece a verified stolen masterpiece still haunting Interpol's databases. This series just keeps getting better. Every. Single. Book. I thought I had the killer figured out… but the twist added another element I never saw coming and left me completely flabbergasted. Total jaw-drop moment.
Fast-paced, smart, and impossible to put down, this is a series I can’t recommend enough. If you’re not reading it yet, fix that immediately.

Omg, I got the ARC copy of Stolen in Death!!!! See me jumping for joy?? Anyway, we have another great story in the Eve Dallas anf Roarke story, and I am here for it. This murder was a good whodunit with se shockers and blasts from the past. It brings in all the great characters you love and appreciate, I highly recommend this series. It could read as a stand alone, but I believe you get far more out of it if you read the series.

WOW!! JD Robb knocked this one so far out of the park that it touched the moon and the stars. It had absolutely everything an In Death book should have. The plot was over the moon. Most of the fan favorites were in the story or were mentioned. I just loved the Commander’s participation and the Chief’s also. Finally, Magdelana gets what she deserves. This one was a definite attention grabber. No dets here, You’re gonna have to read this one yourself. I dare not spoil it for anyone. JD Robb/ Nora Roberts is a master storyteller and I consider this book one of her best works.

I always look forward to February and September of every year for the new books, I’ve been a fan for almost twenty years!! My only gripe for this new installment is we didn’t get Eve and Roarke’s “find the pick pocket” competition at the street fair!
